Care Dimensions, Inc., is a nonprofit corporation and was approved by the Zoning Board of Appeals & Planning Board to construct a hospice center at a property known as 121-129 Winter Street, Lincoln consisting of approximately 12 acres of land. Approximately 9 acres of land is located in Lincoln and 3 acres is located in Waltham. The property is located in the R-1 Zoning District and was subject to Special Permit by the ZBA to operate a hospice care facility.

 

The ZBA approved a 27,600 sf of calculated gross floor area, with 64 spaces for parking, and 18 patient rooms. The Applicant is seeking a building permit to begin construction in June, 2016.
